During beta and early access the service is invite-only. You are responsible for your account and for activity under it.
Some content requires credits, bought via Stripe. Credits and entitlements (per-play, rental, ownership) are described in the store. Purchases may be non-refundable except where required by law.
Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
The service, games and content are owned by Memir Software Ltd or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use them for personal, non-commercial play.
The service is provided "as is" during beta. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update them; continued use means acceptance.
